COVID Royal Commission Terms of Reference

This is a short post for Australian readers to ask you to co-sign a document that is to be submitted to parliament next week. It is a Terms of Reference for a Royal Commission into the COVID response in Australia.
The government has already agreed to a COVID inquiry which will be a waste of time as it is a political deflection from the real issues. A formal Royal Commission would have broader scope and more ability to get the information required. An agreed Terms of Reference is a step further in achieving it. The deadline is next Friday 12th January 2023.
The web form for signing is hosted on the Australian Medical Professionals’ Society (AMPS) website and found through a link on this page. The full web address is:

There is a red button on the page titled “Become a Signatory” which will take you to a form to fill in with name, email address and phone number. It doesn’t matter what educational background, titles, you have, as Australians your acknowledgement of the document is important. It’s important that these are all valid otherwise if a check is done and there are too many invalid details it could negate the impact. It is hosted by AMPS so you can be sure that the details will not be passed any further other than to the parliamentary committee.
The actual document for you to review is linked on the page. It will be updated with the number of people who cosign just prior to submission.
The document will be submitted on 12th of January, that’s next Friday.
