Andrew, I’m sorry, I know this is probably the wrong place to ask. But what’s the ABS playing at. I was watching a John Campbell video recently about excess deaths around the world. And he showed an Australian chart that showed that our excess deaths has plummeted to zero! That’s great if it’s accurate. But is it? (The book designer)

Hi Andrew. The * was removed by the TGA on their Batch Release Assessment webpage. But it previously stated in small print that the batch was from "Overseas".

With regards the Novavax (Nuvaxovid) cases on OpenDAEN (which also show Pfizer batch numbers), this is NOT an error. This is because some jabbed people had mixed doses. For example, TGA DAEN Novavax case no. 732403 shows Pfizer batch no. FH3221 (dose 1) and the Novavax, but with no batch number (dose 2). TGA DAEN Novavax case no. 765847 shows dose 1 Pfizer batch no. FG1657, dose 2 Pfizer FL7649 and dose 3 Novavax batch no. 4302MF0113. Both Pfizer and Novavax jabs were "suspected" under the TGA DAEN for these 2 case numbers.

For anyone wanting to remove the Pfizer batches from the Novavax cases, on OpenDAEN, this is easily done, but it will affect the TRUE case numbers of Novavax cases and is NOT recommended. Here are the steps (with information) to help:

1. Go to https://opendaen.info - OpenDAEN database (accept cookie).

2. Go to blue column filters on left and under "Vaccine type", check (tick) "NovaVax (Nuvaxovid)". This will show @ 6.02.2024, currently 1028 cases. This includes 158 serious cases of which 3 deaths are listed within "serious" cases.

3. Scroll down graphs to see section "Cases by frequency of Batch number".

4. Check to see the batch numbers to see which are the Pfizer jabs (amongst the Novavax cases) e.g. FL7649, 7f1045a, 7S1045A, FG1657 and FH3221.

5. To cross-check Pfizer batch numbers (and other COVID jab batch no.'s), go to TGA Batch Release Assessment webpage https://www.tga.gov.au/products/covid-19/covid-19-vaccines/batch-release-assessment-covid-19-vaccines and put the batch numbers into the TGA search engine. You will find 7f1045a and 7S1045A are NOT listed. This is because whoever entered the Novavax cases for 7f1034a (case no. 721020) and 7S1045A (case no. 719946) into the TGA online adverse event reporting system, they made a typing mistake for the batch number. The adverse event "Reporter" listed a wrong Pfizer batch number for a Novavax case. There is however, a Comirnaty batch number 1F1045A* listed on the TGA Batch Release Assessment webpage. So, were these 2 cases actual Pfizer jabs adverse events with a wrong Pfizer batch number or were they actually Novavax cases showing incorrect Pfizer batch numbers? The OpenDAEN graph "Cases by frequency of Batch number" has NOT made an error, as the database replicates the data shown on the TGA DAEN. Hence the TGA themselves should be checking with the "Reporter" to accurately determine the 'vaccine' type and the correct batch number/s for each case number allocated by the TGA as an adverse event report.

6. To eliminate Pfizer batch numbers within Novavax, go to blue column filters and find the search engine "Batch Number Select", then click the down arrow and only select the Novavax batch numbers, including the batch numbers listed as UNK, Unknown, 0, JANUARY and NOVAVAX. NB. Reporters have typed these terms into the TGA AEMS as batch numbers.

7. If you uncheck 7f1045a, 7S1045A, FL7649, FG1657 and FH3221, you are actually removing 2 Novavax cases i.e. 719946 and 721020. The total case numbers go down to 1026 as at 6.02.2024.

8. Better to just uncheck FL7649, FG1657 and FH3221 = correct 1028 total cases (158 serious with 3 deaths) as at 6.02.2024.

9. Go to graphs "Cases by frequency of batch number" to view that Pfizer batch numbers FL7649, FG1657 and FH3221 have been removed. But case numbers 732403 and 765847 remain in the data at the bottom of OpenDAEN. This is because they are Novavax cases with mixed doses of Pfizer.

10. NB. The OpenDAEN Novavax graph screenprint shown in this article at the top i.e. 1025 cases, has now been updated with 3 more Novavax cases from the TGA DAEN to 1028 cases (158 serious with 3 deaths) as at 6.02.2024.

Trust this helps explain the OpenDAEN but recommend watching the launch Cafe Locked Out video which gives a demonstration of most of the OpenDAEN database features. https://rumble.com/v48hyv9-the-launch-of-opendaen-a-free-database-of-adverse-events..html
